I've been getting a lot of texts and calls about the hurricane, so I'll just log all the stuff here. Of course this is until we loose wifi or power.

Sunday.
12:05- wind and rain picked up again.
4:27- strong wind and rain still. Obviously kept power and wifi. Hopefully it stays that way. We're headed to bed. I'm going to set the alarm for a few hours from now so I can see what's up.
12:00- not much rain anymore. Just wind. We still have power and wifi, which is nice.

Sat 10:00pm- It's been raining all day, but they are heavier now and the rains picked up.
10:15- first flash of lightening and a good roll of thunder.
10:25- Street looks like a river. Water past curb.
10:40- Decided I should fill my bathtub. If the water stuff breaks, I'll still be able to flush... So said the pamphlet at least.
11:14- I can hear wind whistling between the houses. Cars still driving despite all the water. I think it's mostly police and cabs, but still... CRAZY!
11:25- broke open my hurricane pepsi stash. Be jealous.
11:55- lights flickering.
11:35- Wind, rain, and thunder are less aggressive than they were. Road river much lower.
